The leather on the seats of my Subaru is above any praises.
What I can not say about those chemicals which I use for cleaning and care of my leather salon. As friends give me all the time new and different special substances, on each of the seats I use special cream.
But the result is sad. For experiment on an underside of the seats I do not use any chemicals and I clear these surfaces strictly with pure rag.
In general using as much as possible pure rags is a simply necessity.
One or the other will happen – or the dirt enters into a pure rag or it will be rubbed in a skin of the seats! So about the result – after few months it became clear to me that using any substances for care of a leather leads to that its surface became sated with this substances and becomes firm – in comparison with a back surface of armchairs, where I, as you remember, do not use anything. The way of determination is subjective- my fingers, but for me it is convincing. The short-term effect of a beautiful leather is only for some days. May be someone could solve this problem with induration? Also it is interesting the use of polish substances for protection of the body – not advertising tricks, and the amount of sinks, which maintains a polish effect!
