I have bought a new car! This is crossover Subaru Tribeca B 9 2007 year model!
Now I’ll post much about merits and demerits of this car. For now I can precisely say – its engine is like the plane’s one! may be I’m an idiot because petrol only rises in price now and it is time to buy even the car-hybrid, but I want to do drive fast. I will have time to drive hybrids!
The Tribeca is no doubt a move in the right direction for Subaru.
I am disappointed though that the aproach and departure angle makes it look much lower than the Toureg. The interior space is not realistic especially for the 7 seater. I would have imagined that since this car is done in the US, legroom would be key. Can somebody tell the designers in FHI to use the average french guy as a measure of legroom. Japanese are short by international standards hence using themselves to calibrate the interior room is decieving. Pls work on interior space!!!!
The 3.6l engine in the 2008 model is definitely a boost for the slugish 3.0 but why stick to 5speed auto when everyone else is doing 6 and 7 speed?
Alot more research is needed. I cant believe that americans find this car spacious.
