A contracted work is joining our life more and more each day. Last year, there was an innovation in one country’s army that is the following: anyone can work in the military field by a 1 year contract. This contract is going to be renovated every year upon approval of the army and personal wish of the soldier. This great practice is known to be successful that not leads to such cases like Being British, I’d never join the army. It is easily understandable why the British army has a shortage of soldiers. With such severe conditions, who will want to be there? In the army, the duty is always on the first place, then the family and all other things go. This is just not humanistic; this army is for the robots, not live people who want to live NOW, not in 3 years…
