The reason of a fire on Taiwan “Boeing” in Japan was lost bolt. I hardly can imagine how it is possible to forget to fasten a washer on a wing of the plane. As it is not any bicycle for you, and consequences of this are much more serious. The blessing was that nobody has suffered – I consider it as greater luck. As many people perish in air crashes in these latter days…
