Venezuela changes its constitution – one more president can become the president for ever, ss it has occurred in Cuba.
Who knows, what it is better – to live under a dictator or under a democracy?
Probably only those who lived under those two regimes and experienced them can answer this question.
In any case few who thinks of people.
Everybody is of itself and all together absolutely in a sad direction.
