A powerful hurricane moves across Caribbean sea and has taken a direction aside Cayman islands, Mexico and American state Texas.

Venezuela changes its constitution – one more president can become the president for ever, ss it has occurred in Cuba.
Who knows, what it is better – to live under a dictator or under a democracy?
Probably only those who lived under those two regimes and experienced them can answer this question.
